I stay here when my chosen hotel is unavailable. So I had to stay here twice on this trip because London was FULL. It's a convenient location that makes the most of the view of Big Ben and parliament. Like all of the Park Plaza properties it has a vibe of a business hotel, except it's always FULL of kids. Breakfast is a nightmare. Great food options, but so incredibly full of kids and no real alternative to the buffet unless you order room service. Might be worth the upgrade to the executive level package so there are fewer people, but at 55 pounds a day per person you. may as well stay at a higher end hotel.
