I consider my review to be as objective as possible, as I am an experienced traveler. What can I say about the hotel? If you are looking for peace, privacy, decent à la carte food (no buffet), and wonderful, attentive staff, then this hotel is definitely for you. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and surrounded by lush greenery. You literally live in the middle of the jungle — among palm trees, vines, and many interesting animals that do not disturb you at all, so there is no need to be afraid. Yes, there is a pond with crocodiles on the property, but during our 10-day stay we saw a crocodile only once. Rather than being a downside, it adds a sense of exotic adventure and variety to the experience. As for the downsides: if you have mobility issues, a disability, or are traveling with elderly people, you should carefully consider whether this hotel is suitable for you. The hotel is not equipped with ramps. To access one of the restaurants for dinner, you must climb three flights of stairs — there is no elevator or alternative access. The restaurant is located on the second floor. The same applies to access to the beach and the swimming pool, both of which require using stairs. This was quite challenging for my husband (who uses a walker) and for my elderly parents. That said, the staff are very kind and helpful and will assist whenever possible. I would also like to mention some inconveniences for guests traveling with pets. We stayed with our small 4 kg poodle. Although th

Very clean and well maintained property. Food and food choices were fantastic. All servers and staff were very polite. Beach was okay. Pools nice but would have loved to have a hot tub option. No mention of Expedia status at check-in...concierge showed it on her screen, day 3.

Resort was sold as adults only but only small portion was adults only. Most of the restaurants and pools were families with kids. I have kids so I am fine with that but don’t advertise as an adults only resort .

Had one little hiccup with the AC but they moved us to a different room and all was good. Very nice place. I would definitely recommend it.

As you walk in, you are greeted with the scent of relaxation and a beautifully prepared signature cocktail. The room is clean, large, very quiet, with a private outdoor space and fantastic water pressure! It is well stocked with snacks and drinks, and there is turn down service to make sure you are ready for the next day. The staff are truly kind and helpful without being solicitous or overbearing. They seemed to read body language well! All of the food was top notch and presented as you would find in a 4 star restaurant. Drinks are plentiful and available everywhere. There is a beautiful spa that offers unique couples' experiences as well as a complimentary 30-minute Hydrotherapy session. The fitness center has something for everyone! There is nothing that stood out negatively to us. This was a quiet (no party atmosphere here!), peaceful getaway that we will look forward to enjoying again.
