Primero, lo bueno El lugar limpio, Piscina, Lobby, atención de los Meseros, Super, hacían su trabajo muy bien, en Especial a Alexis, muy Respetable y Atenta con su trabajo, la persona del restaurante de la Piscina muy alegre y atenta. Lo Malo. El Mañager que estaba estorbando a los meseros, NO hacía nada, pero andaba entre las mesas espiando a los Meseros, con muy mala cara, es muy incomodo estar en un restaurante y que el manager esté sólo vigilando a los trabajadores, Horrible ésa actitud de ése señor. La comida del restaurante, en las mañanas, lo mismo, chilaquiles, no sé veían que fueran rojos, sin saber, y fríos,. Los chilaquiles verdes, sin color, secos, sin sabor, fríos,. Toda la demás comida, fría, sin sabor, sin condimentos, unas papas blancas en pedazos, sin ningún sabor, ni olor, ni apetecible,. La comida en general, hecha sin sabor, sin condimentos, sin ganas de comer ésa comida sin mostrar que están hechas para los turistas. Otra, muy peligrosa, en la Piscina, a mano izquierda viendo hacía el mar, con un foco salido de su base, y los alambres eléctricos de fuera, en el agua, lo reporte, pero clásico, nadie hizo nada hasta el día que salí. También el Jacuzzi a un lado del bar de la Piscina, sin trabajar, y con el agua sucia, turbia, y así se metía la gente aunque tuviera cinta de No entrar,. Los restaurantes de reservacion, los Meseros muy atentos, pero la comida, nada que ver a los temas de la carta, Mediterráneo, Nada, Japonés, Nada,

The service is absolutely incredible. I have been disappointed in the last two stays in mayakoba, but this place saved the whole trip. Absolutely A+

Beautiful resort and an incredible room, the service did not live up to the luxury experience we expected for our honeymoon. We stayed in a Swim-Out and the room was 10/10. It felt like our own private oasis,with a swim-out shared by only a few rooms. The water was cooler than the main pools. Without this room, our experience would have been average at best. Food was mixed. Capers, Bordeaux and Gohan Sushi Bar were phenomenal, room service was excellent. The buffet was disappointing and was only available on the Dreams/family side. We also found it frustrating that several dining options required leaving the adults-only Secrets property and going to Dreams, where children were present. Our biggest issue was service and communication. The minibar was supposed to be stocked daily with water, Coke and beer, but it repeatedly wasn’t. And were often told it had been restocked when it hadn’t. We also booked a cabana several days in advance, received confirmation, and then discovered the night before that it had been cancelled for maintenance. Nobody contacted us or offered an alternative. The beach was essentially unusable due to relentless vendors approaching us every few minutes, and the sales pressure throughout the resort was excessive. Housekeeping and bartenders were wonderful, and the entertainment was enjoyable. The location was convenient for exploring Puerto Vallarta. Overall, beautiful room and some excellent food, but too many service and communication failures.

Very enjoyable

You have a wonderful hotel staff! Your hotel is in a wonderful location with beautiful views of the ocean and your beach was very well kept. However, my room when I arrived had stain sheets, dirty and stained furniture, the bed base was torn, a mini bar that did not have any snacks with that had two drinks in it. When I made the initial booking, I specifically asked for a pre-birthday room set up arrangement and would’ve happily paid for it yet somewhere it was lost in translation because that setup did not happen. The Butler service for my room was invisible beyond text messages. In fact, the things that I asked for for instance, like asking for watermelon juice at 11 PM and being told it’s only available in the morning when I had literally just watched another guest have a watermelon drink of some sort made from a fresh large watermelon at the bar. Because my room was dirty when I arrived I was not comfortable Ordering room service are having my skin touch any of the furniture in the room. I also was not comfortable sleeping in or on the sheets and the bedding. This made my spy experience equally stressful because when I went to the spa on the second day I noticed even with the blue lights, the mildew and mold the broken tiles in the spa and lying on the spa table facing the shower I was able to smell the horrible plumbing smell as I was trying to get a massage. My spa experience was supposed to be a relaxing experience, but it felt like it was rushed.

First Experience of an All Inclusive This was our first experience of an all inclusive resort (well a resort in general). Cancun has been a bucket list stay for us and we chose Excellence PM based on all the fantastic reviews. It did not disappoint. The service from the moment we walked on property to when we left was phenomenal. We had the opportunity to eat at almost every restaurant and there are so many options. Everything was so delicious and great quality. The beds are comfortable and you do have access to a “pillow menu” upon arrival. You can request a specific pillow if you do not like what is already in the room. We did the Excellence Club and an Ocean View room. We stayed in building 8 looking over a club pool by the Celio bar. The building has not been renovated yet but it was still beautiful and comfortable. The rooms do have A/C and a fan. It’s comfortable enough that coming back to the room from the July heat was a relief. There was also a wide variety of groups (couples, adult families, friends, bachelor/bachelorette parties) and ages. We took advantage of the different excursions that Seasons had available including a catamaran with snorkeling to Isla Mujeres, a tour of El Meco, and golf at Playa Mujeres Golf Club. We plan to visit again in the future!
