This has been by far THE BEST all inclusive hotel I had been to. The location, the site, THE FOOD, AND STAFF!!! It was all a pleasure from checkin to checkout!

Everything was perfect

Beautiful, quiet place. The pool was a bit too cold for our liking. The restaurant food was about a 7.

Very clean room. Professional staff and great location. Breakfast is ok but nothing special! Will definitely stay there again .

We greatly enjoyed this property, and we’ve stayed at may all inclusives! The food here was especially good- loved the focus on QUALITY not quantity as some all inclusives tend to do (like big buffets of mediocre food). We gave an “average” rating for property condition because there were a few areas that needed maintenance like pool tiles and the roof you look out over from one of the restaurants. That being said, they were actively working on things like sanding/painting woodwork while we were there, etc so clearly they are constantly doing upkeep! This resort had hands-down some of the friendliest & most gracious staff!

Staff was amazing, the rooms were OK but a bit outdated.

Loved the lazy river pool, the hammocks all over the resort not just by the beach or pool, enjoyed having our suite cleaned everyday, the nice staff, definitely a resort I’d return to.

My husband and I went here for our honeymoon- and we had an excellent time! The layout and grounds, access to the beach, and level of service were great. We loved hanging at the beach or poolside with consistent and friendly beach-side service. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and Mexican buffet night the most- the other food options were fine, not anything exceptional. It was relaxing to have be in an all inclusive with many options on site. We did an excursion to Chichin-Itza, a cenote and Valladolid organized through the hotel which was an informative and adventurous day - bookended by a lot of relaxing in the sun! I also enjoyed a spa experienced facilitated by Gilberto. The staff were all friendly and our room was a relaxing and lovely, with a private view of the lazy river, a continually replenished bar, and great room service. We had a relaxing, excellent time!

Such a wonderful and quiet experience- highly recommend for couples.
