The moment we step in to the lobby the aroma of a well kept hotel is so calming and then staff greeted you as if they were expecting a vip guest arriving. Always kept their smile on their face and help you in any concern or question about your travel. Breakfast was so deliciuos and variety of choices is endless. Outdoor pool is located on the rooftop which has a perfect view of the ocean and the sunset. Definitely will be staying here the next time we visit PV.

Had a great stay here during my vacation to Puerto Vallarta. The staff is great and very helpful. The pool area is nice. There are some stores close by that you can walk to, and the beach isn't very far either. It is a bit far from the malecon and other attractions, but it is easy to get an uber anywhere. The only thing i disliked was that the room doors slam shut so loudly. Every time someone closes their room doors you will hear it and it can be annoying when you're trying to get some rest.
