"Our expectations were compared to our stays around the world with booking sites. There was no toilet paper, no light bulbs in the lamps, no usable water, no plunger and bed bugs. Stay clear of this place until they renovate and take care if the major necessities. Restaurant onsite made us sick twice and took 2 days from our trip. Now that we are home, no communication, no refund, no compensation "

"We wanted to go to Puerto Vallarta to see the whales. It definitely exceeded our expectations. I wish I could attach pictures of the whales and dolphins a few feet from the shore. The house was luxurious, the staff was amazing, the chef was 5\*. In short, we had a great time and plan to come back again next year. I would definitely recommend Mis Rocas. The value of staying there is definitely worth it. "

"This hotel is very nice, clean and well maintained.The Staff is very friendly, food is delicious.They have differents stunning restaurants.If you want to visit a beach outside the hotel you can board the bus crossing the street next to the hotel, it runs through several beaches and arrives at the Zona Romantica and Muertos Pier."
