Hotel Mousai knocked it out of the park. The staff was on point and made sure we were completely taken care of. The roof top pool was an amazing place to hang out during the day. The drinks and food up there were amazing. The restaurants were top notch! Misika and Blanca Blue were our personal favorites. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner Hotel Mousai has you covered for anything you crave. I could not be happier with our experience and thank the staff for helping us celebrate our wedding anniversary. We will be back!

Very scenic views, we stayed in the north building. Food was delicious and room service was very convenient. Staff was very friendly. The ONLY thing we did not care for was the staff trying to "sell" things, although they say it's not selling. Check- in was about 20 minutes longer bc of the promoting of excursions and such, then they wanted us to come to breakfast the next morning for another promoting. What really upset my husband and I was when they called our room the next morning trying to "sell" again. Very tacky for such an upscale place.

We loved the secluded resort area that was beautifully landscaped and lushly expansive! Took full advantage of the property, from hatha yoga to a 2.5 hour kayaking and snorkeling adventure to an enlightening kundalini yoga…every day was a new experience. Hotel and the grounds are beautiful. Trolly picks up and drops off around grounds and even down to Garza Blanca. Food amazing as usual. For the first time in 4 stays my guest check in was not pleasurable. Once we got our brackets we were asked to go over and sit at the desk so they could talk bout reservations and all that. It’s a timeshare presentation. We’ve always declined and had no problem with them saying no problem if you need anything just call. This time we were told we had to sit down, my wife said no thank you we had a long day traveling and would like to go to the room, we were told it’s my job so just sit down. We sat down and she went into making dinner reservations, it was already 630 and once again we told her we just wanted to go shower. She then asked if we could come back down after we showered. We declined. That was the only negative experience we’ve ever had here. The rest of the stay was amazing and all the staff were amazing
