Had a great time at Hilton Riverera. Being vegetarians it is always tough to be in a all inclusive place but they made it easy by having specialized menu in all the restaurants. They are very careful about our dietery needs. I will recommend this all inclusive place to relax and enjoy . There was no hidden cost for anything and it was a great stay.

The rooms weren’t particularly clean, especially the floors, and they felt a bit worn and dated. The food was mediocre. The pools were busy, but it was still easy enough to find a sun lounger. The hotel beach, however, is beautiful!

When checking in, we didn't realize we had booked an ENCLAVE room which came with a private check-in on one of the top floors. Check-in was a breeze and the staff at the lounge were great. While we waited for our luggage to arrive to our room, we went off to one of the walk-in restaurants on site since we hadn't ate yet. Food was decent. The best spot on the resort was CocoMar. Aside from the food, the pool was great (heated) so it was easy to get in and enjoy without the fear of that ice cold water hitting your body. We also took a dip in the ocean and that was also warm which we weren't expecting. Overall our family enjoyed the location and would come back again.

The room was average but clean. Enjoyed the terrace of the room. The food was average as well, so were the drinks. I enjoyed the pool. The location is a short ride from the pier. All in all, I don’t think I’m a fan of all inclusive establishments but I see the appeal for others. I probably wouldn’t do it again.

This was our 9th stay at this Hilton, and it absolutely never disappoints! We tried to mix things up this time by splitting our trip—spending our first 3 days at the nearby Hyatt Ziva before heading to the Hilton for 4 nights. By our second day at the Hyatt, we completely regretted the decision. For a comparable price, the Hilton is simply leagues ahead by every possible measure. We will definitely be returning, and we won't be splitting our time again. The food quality and creativity here are phenomenal. Some of the dishes and venues easily rival upscale, if not Michelin-starred, restaurants. I highly recommend Cocomar; their offerings are amazing and it is one of the absolute best ways to experience authentic Mexican gastronomic culture. The other restaurants on the property are consistently great as well. A massive thank you to the staff and management team. Maintaining a resort at this level of excellence doesn't happen automatically, and we truly appreciate all the hard work that goes into it.
