The beach did not disappoint- safe and calm. Food was delicious and the Enclave VIP was so worth it. Been coming to PV for years and this is our new favorite spot.

I had an amazing stay at Hilton Puerto Vallarta! The staff was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make my birthday extra special. They truly take the time to get to know you and make you feel at home. The service, hospitality, and attention to detail were outstanding. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

This is our 8th time in this hotel in Les than three years it’s the best hotel the staff are amazing the beach is spectacular the guest are top priority always welcome you with a smile would like to mention top manager Yulio for his excellent service and beyond any expectations also Ernesto great manger as well The Beach Boys Daniel and Juan are amazing Italian restaurant Esaul and Ernesto great service All the waiters Norma Isela Ricardo and Medardo went far and beyond to make our stay exceptional Will be back in two month again

The service was absolutely amazing. The pool service by Daniel was excellent, and the events ran by Blanca and Yadira were fun and kept our group entertained. Location was perfect for our family vacation, thank you for making our trip unforgettable!!

The hotel was clean and has friendly staff. Cons, noisy environment, specially on the 1st floor, room service carts are constantly coming and going since the kitchen is on the 1st floor. Food is not the best, only one restaurant does not require reservation.
