"A general thumb's up for this property and those who tend it -- their service was good, friendly, and prompt when needed. The view is wonderful. Place is spotless and is an oasis of peace when compared to PV. Bus service into PV or Boca is frequent and close. The price is hard to beat, so one has to accept cooking on a single burner hot plate and microwave, and the distance involved in getting groceries. Walking on the highway may not be advisable after dark given lack of sidewalk. Many stairs...

"Location, location, location. Right on some of the best beaches in Vallarta. The hosts are always as accommodating as they can be based on the bookings of the unit. The staff if the condos are friendly and helpful. The unit and entire complex is clean. The price isn't bad and the property is located on some of the best beaches in Vallarta. The only downside is the constant drone of the air conditioning system of the adjoining hotel. At least the sound is consistent so you do kind of get accustomed to it."

"I want to start with, PV is safe! Whatever happened was a one day thing and we did not see anything more or feel scared or worried once. The people are absolutely lovely and everything is safe. Especially in this magical spot! This condo is in the perfect place. The beaches are amazing and the views are spectacular, just like a postcard! We saw whales jumping on many occasions too! The balcony is amazing to see the sunset, sunrise, and to eat or enjoy a coffee. We were a bit surprised by the condo not having 2 bedrooms. It is more like one bedroom and then sleeping area in the main room. This suited us fine since we travelled with kids but if it was 2 couples then you might want more privacy. That being said, we loved the beds (King & Double) and there were plenty of sheets and blankets and towels to use. There is laundry in the building too! Everything you need is there to enjoy! All the necessities in the kitchen, including condiments, etc. Great WiFi for all devices. You can also get WiFi at the pool and around. Kimberley was a great host and easy to reach with any problems and she even let us know about when the live music nights were and how to get to town on the bus that stops right in front, for 10 pesos!!! She let us know about a power outage that was scheduled one day and a few other special events! The staff all around are lovely. The restaurant is great! They even have a shop on site for essentials. We will definitely return! Greatest vacation!!! "

"We had an amazing stay at this Villa Altas Garza Blanca in Puerto Vallarta from March 13–27, and it truly exceeded our expectations in every way.View: 10The view alone is worth booking this place. Absolutely breathtaking—whether it was morning coffee or sunset drinks, we were constantly in awe.Accommodations: 10The villa had everything we needed and more. It was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials to prepare meals and grill. It really felt like a home away from home.Location: 10Perfectly situated with plenty of great restaurants nearby. Everything was just a short drive or quick Uber ride away—and Ubers come right to the door, making it super convenient to get around.Pool & Patio: 10This was hands down our favorite part. The pool and patio area are incredible—you honestly won’t want to leave. We spent most of our time out there relaxing, soaking up the sun, and enjoying the view.Service: 10The property owner Ken was incredibly attentive and easy to reach, always responsive to any questions or needs we had.
