Rang the bell several times and then had to phone a number to be remotely let in . The room was very dated and in need of some TLC. We slept ok and the bed was comfy enough. The shower trickled and was cold even after letting it run for a good few minutes. It was more like a 1970s bed and breakfast than the elegant boutique hotel it was described as....
