"The property was described as having stunning views. The back view of a parking lots full of junk and rubbish, the front of the building is to a busy noisy road. The water in all drains (shower, bathroom sink and kitchen sink) were very slow to drain. There was mould and dirt in the grout all around the shower. There was no service on site, we were three people and there were two towels, two mugs. No dishwasher soap, no kitchen towels or napkins. "
"We had a great stay here. The staff are really welcoming, the room nicely decorated and clean, and the area is super convenient to lots nearby. We loved this place, thank you."
"We could park all day to attend the Wimbledon championships no problems at all. Room clean but could do with refurbishing. Would call it a guesthouse not a hotel but very good all the same"
"We had stayed here before as it is very convenient for visiting family. Rooms are small but comfortable. Friendly host, easy free parking.
Pleasant pub just around the corner for dinner and very relaxing in the garden.
Good value for this part of Surrey."

"Good place to stay. Staff could have been more friendly and informative, but awesome place to stay. Take bus 111 to Heathrow for 2 pounds instead of 14 pound direct bus. Same thing and only takes a few minutes. From Heathrow, you can take the tube downtown and then take the 111 back to the hotel. That’s the most cost efficient way to travel to and from the hotel. An uber from the last tube station was around 17 pounds as there is no direct route and there is no bus directly from the tube station.
