"This is a huge hotel in a good central location, ideal for easy access to the west end/Soho etc. Staff all very helpful. Lots to choose from at breakfast. Our room was very clean but quite small. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well."

"I liked the garden and being close to the river , but as I was in a wheel chair it was difficult to access the terrace and garden from the hotel restaurant. There was no view from the window in fact couldn't see out or open probably for security reasons. On the whole our stay was enjoyable the staff very helpful and kind . "This is really a hotel for solo travelers. The rooms are so small you have zero room for more than 1 small suitcase that fits in the closet. Our cruise cabin was larger than the hotel room.Restaurant only serves breakfast. No bar etc. Starbucks on premise. Area is good."

"Location was perfect. Hotel was tidy. Very Zen, leave your electronics elsewhere feel (ie. No phone, no tv); which we were expecting. The most minimalistic environment I have ever seen. Room amenities do not exist. No closet, no dresser, no phone, no counter space for toothbrush, toothpaste, makeup, etc. There was not even a toilet paper holder. The shower pools to almost the entire bathroom space. No privacy, frosted glass for bathroom. My wife and I are close but we typically don't openly use the facilities together; until here. Unfortunately, there is no front desk or number to call that we could find for assistance. We only saw staff in the lobby. That said when asked for assistance they were accommodating. We were staying for 5 nights and having had no service to our room we asked for new towels on the 4th day and got them. We received new linens and towels on the 5th day. Early check-in and check-out also cost extra. If you are a minimalist and location is key, this will work for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere."
