"I really enjoyed my stay at The Mayfair Townhouse. The hotel is clean, the bar is lovely, the food is excellent, and the staff were helpful. The location is perfect — close to the tube, restaurants, and cafes. However, I was surprised by a £450 security deposit on check-in (£50 per night), especially since I had already paid in full and provided my credit card details — which should be enough if anything were needed. At checkout, they also attempted to deduct £200 as a service charge, which I had already paid nightly with taxes. Thankfully, this was resolved, but it caused some unnecessary confusion. Otherwise, a great stay."

"Always a pleasure to stay here. Great location in Piccadilly , east to walk to. Staff so welcoming and swift check in and out. Rooms very clean and quiet, my room was super spacious nice large bed and complimentary water. The lady who was cleaning was a delight and offered to help fasten my dress I was struggling with for an event later that morning before check out. Highly recommended! Stayed for past 3 years when needs be."

"I only stayed one night—needed a hotel close to a party I was attending. The hotel is modern but not too trendy. Great location, particularly if you are a theater goer. Also conveniently located to the Tube if you’re so inclined. It’s about a 10 minute walk to Tottenham Court Road, where you can take the new Elizabeth line to Heathrow in about 40 minutes for £13!! Rooms are not large but well thought out. The bathroom is large enough for two people to use comfortably at the same time. "
