"Our room was quite small and was by no means the least expensive. It was overlooked and the blinds could not be adjusted (they are within the double glazing). Curtains had been installed but adjusting them was very diffcult. I was quite disappointed bearing in mind the price."

No wash cloths, no hand towels. 24 hour restaurant doesn't open until 7AM. 10 pounds per bag to hold luggage when everywhere else we've stayed offered for free. "

"The staff was lovely. We arrived early in the morning and they were very helpful and nice. The room is a bit small and limited TV (no sports at all) options but the bathroom shower was excellent. Loved the free filtered water and mini-kitchen setup. The location was perfect for us. Easy to get to the tube and everywhere else in London."
