"An incredible property and the most comfortable room ever except it was hot - apparently due to renovations in process. What really made it amazing were the friendly, kind and attentive staff with ready smiles who were so welcoming and eager to make our stay the best. An example of the incredible service is we had some delicious sourdough toast leftover at breakfast and we asked to take it with us. They took it away and we waited - we finally realized they had packaged it up and already delivered it to our room!"

"As you would probably guess, our 2 day stay was absolutely amazing. This was our first time at Claridges. Everything was top notch, our room 521 was stunning, a massive room with a really good size balcony. Unfortunately it did rain alot, so we only managed a glass of wine on both evenings, overlooking 'The Smoke' Breakfast, lunch and dinners were stunning, and really good size food portions. It's not cheap, but, treat yourselves. Life's short. We have already started saving again for another visit. Hopefully it won't rain next time."
