It is literally a room in someones house but we were made very welcome. Be prepared to take off your shoes on entry. I had been traveling for many hours so my feet were nit quits fresh. The bed is very comfortable. I would have given it 5 stars but unfortunately the mattress was too thin and I could feel the springs through it, so not very comfortable. A thicker more expensive mattress or at least a thick mattress topper. Would solve the issue. Central location in Staines Upon Thames, so super convenient. Would I stay here again, the answer is Yes. (110 reviews) Lovely room, all staff very friendly and helpful! Fabulous location and great amenities. Only issues were the in room heating/AC (hard to use, heating was on blast even when cooling setting was on and temp set to low so room was always really warm), the door lock was very slow to unlock, and the person who checked me in (whilst very lovely and professional) announced my room number - as a solo female traveller it didn’t feel very safe to do so. Overall a fantastic stay and I’ll definitely be back!
