"Always a pleasure to stay here. Great location in Piccadilly , east to walk to. Staff so welcoming and swift check in and out. Rooms very clean and quiet, my room was super spacious nice large bed and complimentary water. The lady who was cleaning was a delight and offered to help fasten my dress I was struggling with for an event later that morning before check out. Highly recommended! Stayed for past 3 years when needs be."

"I only stayed one night—needed a hotel close to a party I was attending. The hotel is modern but not too trendy. Great location, particularly if you are a theater goer. Also conveniently located to the Tube if you’re so inclined. It’s about a 10 minute walk to Tottenham Court Road, where you can take the new Elizabeth line to Heathrow in about 40 minutes for £13!! Rooms are not large but well thought out. The bathroom is large enough for two people to use comfortably at the same time. "

"Great location! Many restaurants and shops to choose from. Underground and bus routes within a short walking distance. The property was very clean with comfortable beds and pillows. The sheets were very soft and clean. The air conditioning was just right. The front desk was very welcoming and accommodating. Gil especially stood out with his warm personality who always greeted us with a good morning and a smile. The staff was quick to respond to our needs. Very prompt and courteous. Great property, comfortable beds, all round very well maintained and clean and a very welcoming and responsive staff. Highly recommended."

"Well located hotel just seconds away from Oxford Street and the theatre district. Nice room with air con unit, good amount of space for 2. For a 3 star hotel for this budget it was excellent value for money and I would definitely book a return trip and recommend to others. "
