"Had a wonderful stay at The Cumberland Hotel. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh and tasty options every morning. The hotel was also very clean, and the rooms were well maintained. Great location and overall a very comfortable experience. Would definitely stay again!"

"A Modern New York style hotel in the most of Covent Garden London .. Small but efficient and a great location . Staff was great and hotel was clean .. We arrived early for check in and was accommodated . Refundable Deposit for an 8 night stay was a little excessive at $647..00 US .. not sure why it would need to be that high . I would recommend this hotel .."

"Great hotel location, close to shops, restaurants, coffee shops and entertainment. The rooms were were very comfortable and spacious, the bed and pillows were perfect, we had a long travel day prior to arriving at the hotel, and arrived earlier than the checkin time but the staff were so accomodating and gave us a room upon arrival. The hotel restaurant was lively we had the buffet breakfast which had a large variety of foods to choose from, including hot breakfast, cereals, pastries, fruit and more. Overall we had a lovely stay!"

"Staff were phenomenal despite having issues with a faulty bed, moved us rooms with an upgrade and bought me flowers and a gift to apologise. After our wedding they left a special dessert in the room and on leaving personally addressed us. As well as this they allowed me to park my car on the forecourt. Exceptional x"
