She always asked if we needed anything, and even surprised us with a bottle of champagne for my birthday! Love the location of this hotel, in the heart of SOHO. Walking distance to many train stations, and all kinds of great food options. The rooms have central air, coffee maker, tea kettle, tons of towels and toiletries for the duration of your stay. They also have an elevator! This was our second time staying here, and would definitely stay here again in the future. "
