"Was very surprised at how lovely the hotel was given some of the rewiews. Our room was clean, tea & coffee making facilities, bed was comfy, location is excellent. Couldnt fault it, and reasonable priced too. Will defo stay again and would recommend "

"The Londoner is a great modern hotel in the middle of Leicester Square. Everyone on the staff was amazing and the location is central to anything you want to do in London (Tube access was easy). Despite being a busy area, we never had any issues with noise whatsoever. My only suggestion is to put a brighter light in the bathrooms for shaving and doing make up. "

"The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. It’s a very very nice hotel and I can’t imagine even those used to the absolute best, being disappointed in their stay. I suppose one could argue the main dining room is very very slightly off with its interior design, but every single other aspect of this hotel is fantastic. "

"Our favorite thing about this hotel was the prime location. You can walk one minute to get to the underground and also close to a bus stop. It is the old hard rock so the bar is very fun and large. They also do live music some nights. The rooms were pretty basic but nice. "
