The staff were cordial, professional and very helpful. The hotel is well situated and close to two Tube lines and major bus routes. There are some excellent pubs and restaurants nearby. Comfortable room though people may find it annoying that the bed takes up the whole window area and the person by the window has to climb out over the other person, not a problem when staying alone. "We had a fantastic stay! Our room was perfect, the staff were lovely and the customer service was top notch. Breakfast was fab, we especially loved the scrambled eggs. My only negative was the Air Con. We were very lucky to be blessed with some beautiful weather during our stay but the heat in the room was unbearable and we both struggled to sleep.
