"Service: Our butlers, Pingting and Brandon, were the highlight. They were helpful and attentive, and they handled our scheduling so we never had to think about logistics. Coming back to a bubble bath they had drawn for us, unprompted, is the kind of touch we'll remember. The rest of the staff matched that standard everywhere we went. Food: We loved Cilento, El Suspiro, and Cala di Luna, and each one felt like its own experience. Even the pool food was great, which is rare. We never felt like we had to leave the pool to eat well. Drinks: Excellent everywhere we went. The crème brûlée martini at Bar de la Calle was a standout and worth a visit on its own. Atmosphere and amenities: The resort is beautiful, relaxed, and polished. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully designed, which made it easy to unwind. We left rested and well taken care of, and we're already planning our return. If you go, ask for Pingting and Brandon."

"Joanna and Alina from the spa gave great massages. The hydrotherapy at the spa was well worth the money. All of the food was between good to excellent. Service was attentive and friendly. A very clean hotel. The gym was well equipped."

"Had a wonderful time! Great pools and great safe clean beach right in front. The service was fabulous everywhere we went. Didi took care of us poolside every single day and José every morning at the breakfast buffet. Would definitely go again!"

"Intercontinental présidente it’s a 10/10 very helpful staff I can’t remember that special staff’s name I think it was Marwan not to sure but he was so friendly and helpful; I really wish the head of this resort sees how professional and good employee he is i dont know him but he was special. The rest of the staff was also amazing I will really like to stay there again"

"Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The food was good, and the cleanliness was satisfactory. Some members of the staff truly went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. However, there were also a few employees whose attitude was disappointing and, at times, even rude. In particular, Rubí, one of the restaurant captains at La Fuente, and Dalia from Starbucks provided service that was far below what we expected. Aside from those experiences, everything else was excellent."
