"My daughter and I visited the resort for her Fall Break and enjoyed every bit of it! It’s a very family-friendly resort with much to do! We enjoyed laying out at the family pool and participating in the activities, the entertainment staff was absolutely amazing, especially Erwin and Manuel (would go back to the resort just for them!) Our favorite restaurant on the property was Himitsu which we went to as many times as we could. The only issue we had was that you could hear everything in the halls as well as all of the weddings that took place. It was especially annoying when you’re trying to sleep. But overall, we would totally go back!"

"Overall had a great experience. My only concerns were some of the areas of the resort including a pool were closed for construction. I was not notified before hand. The sinks in the room would get clogged. The resort credit was useless to me. I was not able to do the hydrotherapy because apparently it had to be booked days in advance so when I went to do it it was book until the next day which we were leaving."

"The staff were all amazing! They were so friendly and every single day we were greeted with smiles. Carlos helped organize an excursion for my sister and I and his recommendations made our day out to Tulum, Cenote Nohoch Nah Chich, and Akumal one of the best experiences of my life. The spa was amazing and Rosie was the best massage therapist, checking to make sure pressure was okay, and taking her time on my knotted shoulders. The hydrotherapy was also amazing. I could have spent all day there. The only thing I did not like was the lack of designated smoking areas. There was only one all the way up in the lobby, but luckily our rooms weren't too far away. It would have been nice to have a designated smoking area far enough from other guests but closer to the pool so we did not have to walk through the lobby in towels, but that is a very minor issue at least for us. Overall, 10/10. Our stay was perfect and I would 100% return to this resort in the future."

"Had to upgrade $500 to see the ocean which was not beautiful. Food was inconsistent. Good some nights bad others. Restaurant service was excellent. Spa was great but costly. We are both handicapped and after upgrading we were put in a building with a huge pit covered with boards in front. So dangerous and we had to negotiate around it and could not be picked up at the door. Pool and room service were terrific. Overall, with all that, we had a great time."
