Good hotel for price paid. Bed was comfortable. Location is reasonable.
I arrived at about 9AM, and the staff was really accommodating and friendly about getting me an early check-in. Rooms are spacious for London, and the amenities are great. This was my second time staying, and I will definitely be using M as my default hotel when visiting London.
We had a great experience. Although our room was quite small, it did exactly what we needed it to. We spent very little time in the hotel so when we were there, we slept. Bed was comfortable, staff was friendly, and the room was super cute and trendy.
The apartment is beautiful, with a amazing bed ( this was my main concern). The localization is amazing, near by at least three metro station, thus it's easy to move to main tourist points of London. I seriously recommend these appartment for anyone.
We booked this property kind of last minute and considering we were in London during an extremely busy time, Wimbledon and peak tour season, I was pleasantly surprised I was able to get a decent hotel on such short notice. So I’ll start with the good stuff and work to the “needs improvement”. The ...
This hotel has a great location, just off the steps of St Paul's. It was a convenient base for all of our sightseeing needs. There is even a hop-on-hop-off bus stop right outside the door, though we used uber to get around. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Nice to have a smart TV to use ...
I reserved a 5 night stay at the property. I had stayed in Manchester for two nights prior to this stay for the World Cup cricket. However play was postponed due to rain and the match was continued on the reserve day. I attempted to contact crowne plaza Kings cross on 3 occasions to inform them of ...
The property was recently refurbished, and appeared modern and stylish. It was a nice environment. Rooms are small, in line with the Super Budget positioning of the chain. I’d have liked a table/surface for eating in the room.
The customer service was very good. Particulary the restaurant staff , we had afternoon tea, breakfast and drinks through the day and they were without exception lovely!
