The rooms were clean and while there’s not a ton of space, which we’ve found is common with European hotel rooms, we found it quite enough space for our needs. The room and hotel was very clean and well kept, most of the staff were friendly except the tall balding guy in the Gin bar, he was very unprofessional and rude, not only to us but to other guests. "Room was just ok. Wear and tear and not cleaned well. Some garbage and areas were not cleaned prior to arrival. Outlets in room kept tripping when using provided hair dryer. Eco housekeeping was not well organized. We stayed 5 days and no replacement towels or coffee/tea replenished. When we enquired they said they were going to replenish on the 4th day? Several housekeeping calls/requests went unanswered or were not replied to or recorded. Great location, lobby bar and ambiance. "
