The location is unbeatable — walkable to top restaurants, tourist landmarks, and local markets, with easy access to public transportation for exploring further afield. The hotel itself is immaculate — everything from the lobby to the rooms was spotless and beautifully maintained. What truly made the stay memorable was the service. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive concierge, efficient housekeeping, and friendly bell staff, every team member went above and beyond to make us feel cared for. "The property was very affordable, close to everything (tube and walking) and very clean. While it wasn't 5000 thread count sheets or fancy rooms, it wasn't advertised as such. Bed was comfortable and perfect for someone staying who knows they won't be in their room very much. Staff was awesome!"
