Lisa, the owner, is very responsive answering all our questions almost immediately. Bed options and en-suite are great and the play room/lounge upstairs is great for keeping youngsters occupied. The cottage sits on its own, and has a secure gated driveway, but the added convenience of being just off the main road into Criccieth and Pwllheli, and with a mile walk to the beach. "Such a beautiful and spacious home, we felt it had all we needed and much more, lots of space for our 4 families to get togethe. Well set out and excellent space for everyone to be able to eat, cook and play together with everything that we needed. The kids loved the upstairs seating area as the was so much space for them to play. The adults loved we could keep an eye on them while we had space to cook and enjoy the safe feeling they were close by. The bedroom very spacious and nicely laid out...

"Property on a council estate, interior first impression was nice and modern. However all soft furnishings well used and uncomfortable, beds were so badly in need of replacing , can feel springs through the old mattress’s We cut short are stay in need of a decent sleep 😴"

"We had a great time at this property. The five properties gave us space to be together and still have our own space to retreat to when needed. It was a very wet weekend in Wales but we made the most of it. The Pool and Grove cottages and The Gallery were a bit tricky to keep warm as you needed to keep the log burners going and use electric heaters upstairs.
