"Very well furnished and laid out property. Definitely will appeal to someone to get away from it all even a strong phone signal and the gps can't even find the street! But peace and quiet with the lovely aroma of the gardens with fresh cut flowers in every room made it all worth the drive. "Lovely clean large room. Great tv with a superb picture. Plenty of tea / coffee and biscuits welcome tray. We were surprised how quiet our sleep was, the pub below was busy but no sound from it. The decoration of the whole venue is incredible with so much to look at. There is a lot of car spaces but the area is very busy so it’s a bit of a search to find one."

"We always stay at this hotel. It's handy for all the places we want to visit. The rooms are always more than adequate for our requirements. Ideally, we like the disabled accommodation when that is available for my elderly brother. The staff member who greeted us was polite and helpful. Breakfast is now buffet style which suits us better and there is a great variety of foods to suit all tastes. The staff were a little slow to clear used tables on my last visit but there were other tables further away. Some areas of the hotel are a little tired now and that might need attention soon. Despite that, we always enjoy our stay there and we'll be back again soon."

"The room was a good size, we had a family room for 5. The room was clean and tidy and good amenities in the room itself. The best aspect was the seaview which was fantastic helped by some good October weather. We didn't use the bar much as we were visiting relatives who live in Weymouth - but it looked good with plenty to do. The best thing about staying in the older hotels on the front is access to the beach/Weymouth centre, room size and view. Overall very happy with the hotel and the price. Would definitely stay again - thanks."
