Went on a spa break but unfortunately the pool was shut for essential maintenance which we were informed about. Disappointingly the main bar shuts at 11.45pm despite a function going on and not easy not get a coffee mic morning. Would recommend though."

"This as a great place to say - the interest of the harbour and the quality of the room and the people working there is excellent. We dined in the Jetty Restaurant on both nights of our stay and the food was very enjoyable. Of special mention is the people that work here - constantly professional, warm and welcoming! Only bugbear I have (which is not unique to this hotel) is the in-room kettle and coffee maker has to be lugged around the room to plug in and use! Why? Surely something can be worked out where this is not necessary. Also, why on earth do hotels not put power sockets near the mirrors so the hair dryer can be used in front of a mirror? "
