Very comfortable bed. Lovely bathroom. The only issue was that our room was next to the lift which woke us up during the night a couple of times each night.. Spa was excellent as was the Old Harry Rock restaurant.

I can’t stress how disappointed I was, the hotel is stunning due to it being quite new but in regards to the customer service at the reception and the room cleanliness and also terrible nights sleep due to either pigeons or the extremely small lift which are room was close to..noise was horrendous

Lovely stay at Nici

We were welcomed by the lovely Kevin on reception and one of the rooms were ready so we headed on up. We had complimentary tea and coffee water biscuits and Mermaid shots of spiced dark rum. There was a Sage kettle and a Nespresso machine with 3 pods The bed was huge.

Loved The Nici!

Absolutely loved our 3 night stay at The Nici. Staff are wonderful, food and drinks super tasty and we would definitely return. The icing on the cake for us was how dog friendly the hotel is. We watched the hotel Christmas decorations going up yesterday so it looks even more magnificent - tempted to make another trip leading up to the festive celebrations. Great hotel!

Beautiful stay. Only wished we stayed longer. Welcome drinks were a nice touch Would say if you dont have to kids to mot come in summer holidays as the pool and spa arent peaceful and are dominated by kids

Beautiful, stylish hotel with fantastic amenities. The sea view rooms really are the best. Parking is valet and costs £27 per night on top of rooms charges. The spa is very high quality. Indoor pool and sauna was excellent. The outdoor pool was a real treat for a winter swim - it’s heated to around 28 degrees. The hotel is located around 10 mins walk out of town, but the beach is a short, downhill walk. Be sure to check out the cocktails at the Ocean Drive bar, but watch out for the £3.50 service charge when getting one drink.

We had a brilliant weekend stay at The Nici. this really is a first class hotel. The rooms are a good size, beds huge and comfy, staff very efficient and friendly. Great location for the BIC and town centre. the outdoor pool is luxurious and warm. The new restaurant is fun and lively on a Saturday night. No complaints at all. Well worth the money and will be returning.
