Bournemouth Holidays

Our room was ok but when we are in bed the bed bugs feast on us, when we open the lights they running everywhere in the bed. We did not sleep the whole night. We waited till 10:30 to talk to the owner because the guy in the reception cannot say anything. We don’t have choice but to sign out because no room to move. 4 days already but still swelling and itchy all the bits in my body, my mom and my Son. They only refund the two days remaining but not the first day. We have trauma in that night, that is the first time we encounter in that kind of situation.

We had a great one night stay at Berwick Lodge on a a Monday to celebrate a birthday. The sun shone and the Housemartins flew happily around whilst we sat on the terrace having a cocktail. The à la carte menu was fantastic - well worth the cost and breakfast was very tasty. Will definitely stay again in one of the other fantastic looking rooms.

Bathroom a little tired around the edges but I understand they are being refurbished over tim. Excellent value for money, really enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I'm.sure were return.

We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Chilworth Manor while visiting Stonehenge, Avebury Stones, and Salisbury Cathedral. The property was once a manor and has evolved into a comfortable, well-maintained hotel, with substantial grounds and walking trails. The trails could use better upkeep. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel; the food and service were perfectly fine. Our only real drawback was that our third-floor room was accessible only by stairs, with no lift. An employee kindly helped us with our luggage, which we appreciated. Overall, a pleasant stay with a lovely historic setting and convenient location for exploring the area.
