Breakfast buffet was great. It is a very clean & tidy hotel with excellent customer service. But the room service menu was not very exciting. There were also no dressing gowns. So if one wishes to use the spa u would have to change in the spa.
Breakfast included and was very tasty Amazing shower Very clean One girl on reception was helpful but has a bit of attitude
central position to shops and theatres, close to parks and beach
Right on the ocean was awesome. Creaking floorboards were a little bit of a surprise.
Amazing garden and location Nice lobby and Lobby bar Pool is smaller than in pictures and is not free to use Hotel is a bit old with outdated furniture Wifi is not complimentary
Hotel was lovely and very easy to find, the only disappointing thing was the £16 charge to park in the hotels private car park..
Good location, easy to walk to the beach and the town centre. Good food in the restaurant and excellent service. Easily on the nicest hotels in Bournemouth

Welcoming environment staff helpful and professional excellent location
Bournemouth Pier is one of the town's most iconic attractions. Set against seven miles of unspoilt beaches, it was designed by the architect, George Rennie, and completed in 1861. Since then, it has been redesigned and replaced on numerous occasions, most notably during the Second World War, when it was perceived to be something of a risk to invasion. Brimming with history, Brighton Pier attracts thousands of visitors each year and there are plenty of hotels nearby. Whether you need a family-friendly hotel or an upmarket, cosmopolitan establishment, there's something to suit all tastes and budgets.
While there's plenty of opportunity to stroll along the wooden boards and get that bit closer to the see, Brighton Pier offers much more than a simple walkway. If you want to inject a little adrenaline into proceedings, then why not take a ride on the Pierzip? The first of its kind anywhere in the world, the Pierzip is exactly what it sounds like: a zip wire from the pier to the beach. With two lines available, you don't have to suffer on your own! You can 'rope' (pardon the pun!) a friend or loved one in and race each other to the shore. If the thrills get a bit too much for you, you can retire to a beachside hotel, such as the Royal Bath Hotel Bournemouth.
While the Pier is something of a major draw, there are other attractions nearby. Families will find passing time entertaining and fascinating, with a trip to Bournemouth's premier aquarium, the Oceanarium. If you're an art-lover, the Russel-Cotes Museum and Art Gallery is well worth a visit and the nearby Bournemouth Pavilion offers the chance to see big-name bands, top comedians and a wealth of theatrical spectaculars. Family-friendly hotels are easy to find in Bournemouth. Hotels such as the Park Central Hotel and the Hotel Bournemouth are ideal for those with little ones.
Bournemouth is an excellent place to visit, but with the presence of the pier it's something extra special. Whether you're visiting with family, a loved one or simply stopping over for business, there are plenty of Bournemouth hotels and accommodation to suit all tastes and all budgets.
