"It's a lovely property in a lovely setting. As a parent of 2 young children, it was nice to have the beach nearby, a playarea (albeit small) in the hotel, a restaurant and a pool. The grounds also had some small outdoor play area which can be made better. The outdoor pool was closed in May. That ..."

"Impressive building in nice street (lined with trees). Fantastic staff, eager to help customers. Great swimming pool. The breakfast was outstanding and highly recommended. Very competitive rates. A little investment in tidying up the hotel (decoration, maintenance, etc.) would make a good hotel into ..."

Only problem is the noise at night and with no air con (and a towel rail on full blast you cannot switch off ) you have to open the windows even in April. Such a shame and the location is so convenient and nothing the hotel can do ..."

"Stayed 2 nights in the Lodge.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Hotel was clean and I loved their WhatsApp service, which allowed us to have a slow morning but still get clean towels left outside the door. Will definitely stay again.
I do think it’s a little cheeky to charge £8 a day for parking only to guests that don’t book direct though. However this didn’t distract from the stay.
Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. "

"Would have used the sauna if the price hadn’t gone with the additional cost of slippers and dressing gown , that is the first thing we noticed, we have been to your hotel for a number of years now ,
