"Really nice staff. Great coffee in room (yes this does make a difference :) ) The only warning to Americans- they charge for the newspapers. I didn’t know that, so when she asked me if I wanted the paper in the morning, I said, “Yes.” I wasn’t told that it cost extra, so I wasted $. But, my English ..."…""Really nice staff. "Swimming pools were both good. Water pressure in shower poor (4th floor). Recently decorated, but odd choices (modern wall furnishings& colours, but old-fashioned carpets in dining room etc).
