Great position, near beach and town. They were having major works done, which didn't affect us, but we weren't able to use/see the whole hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent. Especially the coffee, better than other hotels we have stayed in in Bournemouth.

Always stay here when going to bournemouth buy sadly it is going to be knocked down and made into housing!!

Lower your expectations and this will be great. This hotel is very old school with a superb lobby, massive TV with all your channels, a quiet pool and jacuzzi area and superb location. Good views from the front. Could do with renovating the front façade. Pool is smaller than it looks in the advert.

Chocolate availability. Some rooms are small but clean.

The room did not smell very nice at all, and could do with a bit of an update but otherwise the staff were good, as was the facilities
