"We were on the top floor so the stairs are a bit of a killer. The was a bit dark and the window does not keep the street noise out. Bedsheets could do with a proper fitted mattress protector it was just a sheet that came off when you moved. View was nice."

"Hotel looks a bit well worn when you walk up, but inside it is nicely furnished. Our 3-bed room (25) was newly refurbished, very comfortable, quiet (but no view). Breakfast fine. Parking on site is a bit tight but it works fine. Hotel is in a great location, hotel staff excellent, very friendly. Maybe need some new carpets sometime but in the big picture, a really good stay in Lyme Regis. "

"The family room was set up in a way where the air conditioning unit was blowing directly onto one of the beds, this made it inpossible to sleep without having a freezing cold breeze. When telling the hotel staff the next morning, the boomer woman at reception didn't seem to care, offered no apology and said "there's nothing we can do about that"."

"Clean room and staff are lovely the young lad josh was so lovely he was running around like a mad thing making lovely pizzas for people aswell as running the bar and reception but still had a laugh bless him "

"All the staff were welcoming and friendly and are a credit to the hotel. They loved our dog too - Toby who was rewarded with a welcome box and treats during our stay - even giving a sausage at breakfast. We can’t thank the staff enough, when we realised that my husband had left his wallet in the bedroom. The reception team contacted us and went above and beyond to send his wallet back!m. Both the housekeeper’s and receptionist are exceptional! The room was lovely with great pillows and mattress - something that’s very important to me and you don’t always get it from a hotel stay. The hotel is in a great location, next to the river and with lovely outdoor seating and a car park too! It’s great that you have a car park This was our first time visiting Blandford Forum as we our considering our next move and Blandford Forum is at the top of our list. "
