There are fantastic country walks right from the doorstep and it’s a short drive to the stunning Jurassic Coast with it’s pristine beaches. It’s a 5-minute walk to the village stores, a great dog friendly local pub and railway station. There is a very comfortable super-king-size sleigh bed, powerful shower, fully equipped kitchen, reliable Wi-Fi with super-fast broadband, 40" smart TV, wood burner and private all-year-round hot tub. We are super dog friendly, accept all breads and an unlimited number can stay for free. Be aware the garden is accessed via external steps or from the first floor landing so may not be suitable for elderly and infirm dogs. We were very disappointed that they only offered us a 10 refund as the hot tub could not be used that evening, but the inconvenience for us was having to go out whilst the house was prepared when we had been travelling all day. Aside that, the house is in a lovely location, very quiet. It does need some TLC, felt that we had to wash dishes before we used them, there were no sharp knives, dishwasher was very dirty, shower looked grubby. We loved the hot tub and the wood burning stove, close to beaches and local woodland walks. The communication with the owners was fantastic and they helped us with any queries we had. My only observation would be that the hot tub is across the drive rather in the grounds of the property itself and I wasn’t expecting that from the on line photos or description. ##### Tina J.
