"This property is the worst place I have ever stayed in, I stay in a lot off air brb as I work away from home a lot. Nothing comes close to this place, absolute dump, mold all over the upstairs, rubbish still on the floor looks like the cleaner gave up years ago. We arrived at the property after waiting 3 hours to be told someone was in there who shouldn’t have been. Key code was wrong took an hour to get that. "just a couple of points, the void in the secondary glazing between the hinged glazing and the sash window is laden with dirt. the bath had two chips on it which I have never seen before in any hotel The breakfast was probably the best I have ever had and the staff were helpfull and most attentive. Your hotel would be our first choice when revisiting the City "
