"This was an excellently decorated & comfortably furnished apartment, perfectly located in a quiet location in the main part of town. We parked a short distance away at the ASDA car park, which was reasonably priced via the JustPark app. Helpful owners & excellent communication. We didn’t use the cooking equipment as the apartment was close to a number of chain restaurants - we did notice that there was no sharp knife nor microwave but otherwise was very well equipped. Bristol Grand Hotel By Sunday

Bristol Grand Hotel By Sunday

8/10 Good
"Hotel was lovely, staff were helpful. Only giving a 4 star because on this occasion I could not sleep due to a loud rumbling noise kept going off through the night, as well as the receptionist knocking on the doors of surrounding rooms at one point until found the one they were after. Not sure if the rumbling noise was beyond the hotels control or not. Everything else was 5 star and so were my last 2 visits, love this hotel."

"I pulled a muscle while at the museum upon returning to hotel staff manager refused yo let me use a wheelchair for transport from car to lobby stating that chair was left by a guest and they were waiting to see if it was picked up. They refused me the aid of a rolling chair stating that it wasn’t used for that purpose. Not once did any staff member offer aid, suggestions, or concern. This issue meant that I had to wait outside in 94 degree heat for two hours while a muscle relaxer took hold. This is very poor customer service . "

"Single room was ok, bed comfortable. There was a fan and the window opened a couple of inches but it was still hot. I didn't have cereals and would have had fruit but there was only what looked like tinned peaches or some berries. There were bananas and apples in the fruit bowl. Bacon, fried eggs, black pudding, sausages, tomatoes, baked beans and mushrooms were under hot plates and were fine apart from the mushrooms which looked very dry"
