"Hotel was locked and shut when we arrived. No answer to door bell or phone calls. Local pub across the road told us that it had been closed for a week or two. Great customer service to not bother to tell us that they needed to cancel our reservation!"

"Made last minute booking as car had broken down. Arrived at the property just before 11pm as couldn't find taxi and was REFUSED ENTRY. Even though I had paid. States on website open till 11pm with 24hrs desk. Unbelievable."
