"Avoid this property at all cost!!! Only up side is location, the property it's self is difficult to find then once in the "home" it is cramped and badly maintained. The garden is no better then a drug den! When mentioned was told its not part of listing yet not mentioned in listing and if thats the case, why not remove the key!! Bed where like concrete and did not sleep a wink! Overpriced to hell and not worth the money! Awful stay and would avoid at all cost!!"

"Booked this stay with the promise of parking but when we arrived there was no where to stop or park in the street or neigbouring streets. I contacted the owner and was told to park in council parking 17 mins away. A very hostile neigbourhood so had to go and find another last minute stay in next town. No help from Stayz either."

"In a nutshell, dreadful. Furniture missing or unsafe, lots of things broken or unusable. Exposed wires, NO fire extinguisher, NO smoke alarm or Carbon Monoxide monitor, NO fire blanket in kitchen. "Staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. Room was to a good standard, with decent facilities (tea/coffee, desk etc, usual things). Not so pleased to have to pay for parking, but I understand that it is near some sort of conference centre, so I imagine it is due to that. Had to book a slot for the swimming pool in the morning, but when I got there I was the only one in there so that felt a bit pointless; also, when I got there, there was no one at the desk in the health centre to check me in, so I had to find a towel myself and make my own way in."
