Good B&B, lovely welcoming owner & a great location. Only downside was that the central heating broke down & it was -4 overnight & obviously our tiwels remained wet too. No fault of the owner, just unfortunate.

      Bed and Breakfasts in Wrexham

Wrexham is one of the creative and commercial hubs of North Wales. It's a picturesque town, lying between the Lower Dee Valley and the Welsh mountains. When you stay in a bed and breakfast in Wrexham, it's hard not to miss the largest medieval church in Wales – St Giles – and its soaring bell tower. There's more history to discover in the Welsh town, too, like the football club, which is the 3rd oldest in the world, or Wrexham Lager, which was reportedly served on board the Titanic during its fateful journey across the Atlantic. With a host of interesting attractions, some fine restaurants that celebrate traditional Welsh fare and enough retail outlets to satisfy even the pickiest of shoppers, it's impossible to be bored when you score a break in Wrexham.

      • Enjoy the homely atmosphere and friendly welcome of a B&B
      • Stay close to the town centre without the high prices
      • Nab one of the pet-friendly B&Bs and bring the dogs along
      • Eat well every morning with a proper Welsh breakfast

Country Hideaways and Traditional Terraced B&Bs, Wrexham

You get much more than you bargained for when you stay in a bed and breakfast in Wrexham. You can expect friendly owners, who know all the best things to do nearby, cosy guestrooms, packed with facilities, and communal areas, where you can kick back after a day of sightseeing. Hotels can be so impersonal, but a B&B is just like staying with an old friend. Plus, at a fraction of the cost, you'll have plenty of extra cash left to spend on your break. To explore Wrexham bed and breakfasts, fire up Expedia, which lists every property, along with detailed descriptions and photos. If you plug in your dates, location and budget, you can scan through the listings and book your favourite in just a few clicks. Arranging your Welsh break just got a whole lot easier, with Expedia. Some are cosy hideaways, nestled in the countryside just outside town. Others are traditional little B&Bs that offer much more than you'd expect for the price. You'll even find some swish, boutique B&Bs that give the hotels a run for their money. Whichever you decide on, you'll always have a stress-free break when you book your accommodation though Expedia.

You won't be disappointed when you score a guestroom at a Wrexham bed and breakfast. Unlike sterile hotels, you'll find the unique guestroom comfortable and cosy. They often come equipped with everything that you might expect from a hotel, too, like facilities for making tea and coffee, a flat-screen TV, so you don't have to miss out on your favourite show, and plenty of storage for your things. WiFi is a given and you might even find a desk, which you can use to catch up on a few emails or research your weekend break. All but the most budget B&Bs will come with an ensuite bathroom, stocked with fresh towels and toiletries. In the morning, there'll be a hearty English breakfast waiting for you downstairs, which you can wash down with juice and pots of coffee. If Wrexham doesn't sound like your bag, maybe try a few nights in the capital, exploring the many things to do in Cardiff, instead.

Hiking, Historical Museums and UNESCO Sites Near Your B&B, Wrexham

You won't have trouble finding things to do near your Wrexham bed and breakfast. You can start at the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Pontcysyllte Aqueduct and Canal, which was designed by Thomas Telford, or one of the nearby National Trust properties, like Erddig and Chirk Castle. History buffs shouldn't miss the Wrexham County Borough Museum, which tells the story of the town's past and its most notable residents. Alternatively, bring your walking boots and head off to the Dee Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty to go hiking along the winding trails.
