"Spent over an hour driving round Wrexham trying to find the place, useless directions despite ringing the host to clarify. Apartment was small, dirty, stained bedding and the mattresses were awful! So bad that none of us could sleep, left the next day, even though we were booked for 2 nights, none of us could face another night there so we drove home. Will be submitting a formal complaint. "This small stylish apartment is almost unbeatably located and is comfortably appointed. We would have rated it 5 stars overall except for some mildly irritating features such as the bathroom lights operating on a movement detector switch. No one enjoys the lights going off while you’re having a shower at night. The hand basin was also too small. Storage in the kitchenette was also somewhat chaotic. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay and these were minor matters."

"After a recent accident I required a room with walk in shower, the hotel was extremely helpful providing two bathrooms one walk in shower and the other a very large bathroom which could accommodate a wheelchair. As a stranger to Chester, found it very difficult to find the underground car park. Did mention this to the Receptionist on check out, the sign is so small it’s difficult to locate."
