"Breakfast great, rooms and hotel in general very tired, but we think it’s being done up as scaffolding all round. Staff efficient and pleasant, food sparse, only pizza for dinner available, so we ate out. Convenient location near shops and waterfront just a walk away, easy access to the gower. "

"Room was cosy, clean and staff friendly and helpful. Been several times before because we love it here. We motorbike over the mountains and location is great to park the bikes and then can explore the coast on foot, with lots of eateries nearby. Breakfast is always lovely. The staff always let us leave our bikes in the car park for a bit after check out so we can do a walk before we hop back on the bikes and head home. "

"My room had an awful smell from the bathroom and the TV channels kept freezing, I discussed with the staff the following day, they ensured housekeeping would see to it. Housekeeping did indeed attend my room only to throw the bedcovers back, empty the bin and leave it with no bag, left all the dirty cups and didn’t replace the tea and milk, and the smell was still there! I eventually told them I want a room change which they did, but this isn’t the first time I’ve stayed here and I’ve always found housekeeping to be useless and never makeup the rooms properly."
