The area is looked after by the National Trust and it takes approimately 20 minutes to get onto pobbles/Three Cliffs beach. The village has a number of places to eat from coffee shops to restaurants and a pub. The renowned Pennard Golf club is situated at the entrance to the village with views over the bay. If you like walking then it is a great base but a short drive will take you to all the beaches on Gower and they are well worth exploring. A family friendly home from home. Our games room has a table football that everyone will enjoy. We have a selection of games and puzzles and lots of reading material. In the lounge there is a TV with freeview, a DVD player with selection of DVD's. The kitchen\\diner is large enough for everyone to fit in with patiio doors opening onto the mainly grassed, fenced garden. We have a downstairs bedroom and bathroom so the house is suitable for anyone not able to go upstairs. There are two double bedroom an one twin bedroom upstairs and a bathroom with shower over the bath. The house has a large combi boiler so there is always hot water. The Garden is mainly grassed and securely fenced with a patio area just outside the kitchen.
