We were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable accommodation and neighbourhood. Would definitely come back.

Overall our stay was good and I would stay in this hotel again for the staff, swimming pool and spa. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and used it often. The breakfast was lovely and there was a lot to do in town after breakfast. The furniture was dated and carpets stained although the room was clean. Could really do with a face lift or make over. The staff were the friendliest we had ever seen any where else in the UK. They were polite and kind especially reception staff. The waitress served our meal to another table but she swore that they hadn't touched it so it was okay for us to eat. We did not eat lunch or dinner again at the hotel because it was not the best but I would recommend breakfast. The phone in our room did not work throughout our stay so we used our mobiles instead. It was cheap enough so we did not mind that. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Good Condition Hotel which is really close to the City Centre, just enough car parking, a little noisy first thing in the morning, but easy walking distance to City restaurants and the Swansea Marina.

I stayed here about 3 week previously and 2/3 times before that when under previous owners. The staff are very friendly and helpful and are a credit to the hotel. Although there is a straight backed chair, the room could do with an arm chair for you to relax in comfort while watching TV.

Not a location I would think of going to, but we are going back again after our last stay. Hotel was clean and staff friendly without exception.

We stayed for one night while dropping our daughter off at Uni. Didn't use the leisure facilities so can't comment on them, but the room was good and the meals (dinner and breakfast) excellent. The service was friendly and efficient, and there was ample free parking outside (pass car reg to reception). The hotel is in a nice location next to the Marina and beach, and is a 5 min walk from the central shopping area. For those visiting Swansea Uni, it is central to the two campus's, just off the road that links both, so convenient. It's probably walkable to Singleton campus along the beachside path, but the Bay campus is further away so would probably require a bus or car/taxi.

Lovely bed & breakfast accomodation set in a convenient central area,close to local attractions and amenities with excellent food & drink available at local pubs & cafe all within walking distance . Staff/proprieter friendly helpful & knowledgable, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Good fast check in, lovely friendly staff, nice Spa, big carpark, rooms very nice but could do with a safe.Beautiful bathroom. Good choice at breakfast.Nice bar area.

Very pleasant stay on a short visit to South Wales. Would make a good Base to explore this part of Wales.
