"Really lovely hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious, nice to be able to order off the menu. Incredibly central and perfect for the train. However this comes at a price, it’s very noisy. It’s an old building and the windows do not keep the noise out. Take some ear plugs and it’s all good!"

"Nice place, well situated for where I needed to be. facilities good, ream well furnished and clean and reception staff friendly and helpful. Didn't have time for breakfast but it looked and smelt very good"

"The staff are very helpful and friendly and good at their jobs including reception staff, restaurant staff and housekeeping staff. Breakfast is lovely and fresh with lots of choice and staff warm and efficient. Great location as you can walk out onto the Quayside area and the Millenium Bridge. No traffic. View of river. No traffic noise in rooms. Lovely clean rooms with plenty of hot water. Efficient room service."
