"Clean room Lumpy bed Clean towels Good shower No time for breakfast following a poor nights sleep from the lumpy bed and other residents shouting and arguing at around 11pm Good hotel other than that. "

"The hotel location is great (overlooking the river and bridges), lovely big reception and bar. Staff excellent and very helpful. Lovely sized room, clean and well appointed. Only thing i can knock a star off for was the air-con. There was no opening window so i had to have the air-con on which was noisy and pretty ineffective - so a stuffy and uncomfortable nights sleep."

"Firstly it took over 10minutes for receptionist to come over and give us our key for room. She was also working on the bar, so reception was unmanned. It took the third attempt of ringing bell before we were seen to. Considering we had an accessible room it was tiny and one side of the bed was a few inches from the wall. Bathroom was adequate with a walkin showr, though no bath mat was provider to step out on to."

"Good location for The Glasshouse with a nearby bus to go into Newcastle. Room was fine and clean. Had Pizza in bar on evening which was lovely. Breakfast was adequate, could have been a bit hotter but was fine. "

"Quite room on 4th floor, swimming pool was perfect for kids to swim in and enjoy there time, recommend it to others to stay for few night, it's short distance to metro center and ikea.... Etc"

"Breakfast is good . Tv service is awful there is not cable tv or PPV movies or even in my room at last a tv that you can use to log into you’re Netflix account . I went to the trader Vic’s bar to see the Fury fight as they advertise sports on the big screen . Nothing just the same as the room . For context the tv in the room was not even a smart tv it was an LG the same as my sons at home a 2009 32 “ . The room is ok basic no fridge not even bottle of water in a. Deluxe room . A bit poor to say the least "

"Staff were helpful and polite. The room was clean, with an excellent view. But the bed was not very comfortable, and the heating was not brilliant. The fixtures and fittings were worn and dated. Breakfast was ok, but could do with a decent coffee machine as you would find in similar setups. So in short, a potentially lovely place that just needs investment to upgrade it."
