The room was adequate and provided what it needed. The bathroom was definitely not cleaned properly in a long time with a buildup of mould in the caulking and behind taps. Be mindful when booking that the bar downstairs is popular with a student party crowd (not too unusual with the area) so the music is loud until the early morning. Overall not a bad stay just not a great stay.

I liked the TV and WIFI, and the bed was comfortable. I found the shower hard to manage. The room was a bit shabby and the noise from the bar downstairs was loud but it all went quiet at 11 when it closed.

We Stayed in Whites Hotel for just the Sat night and the staff Amica and Becky could not have been more helpful.Our room was lovely and clean could not fault the hotel in any way and we have booked to come back in Decenber would not stay anywhere else now when we visit Newcastle thanks again for all your help Amica and Becky

I really liked it here great road full of bars and bar downstairs, the £50 deposit on arrival is a bit weird and should be taken or made clear when purchasing room online

The hitel wasnt very clean the rooms were just ok we never slept as the room above us were having a party the breakfast was the worst i have had and waited ages for it

For the price it was excellent value The heating didn’t work in our room (hot water and shower did work and shower was lovely) but we did have a heater which worked a treat. There was complimentary breakfast bag and free coffee machine in the morning
