"This is a beautiful property with lots of history and character but not at expense of a comfy bed and decent bathroom etc. Has a lift and a self check in which was helpful. We are in the restaurant for brekky and dinner and it was great and they did fabulous cocktails in the Tickets Bar. Good location close to station obviously and was quiet and comfy whilst also being a big fancy. Would stay again."

"The customer service from all hotel staff was fantastic! Everyone was so friendly, polite, and extremely helpful. Deluxe twin room was large and spacious, however the bathroom was looking tired and in need of a refresh. Brilliant location in the city centre - everywhere was in walking distance.
