"It was quiet, lots of picturesque views of Blackpool Tower and the promenade and also of the Big One at Pleasure Beach in the distance. The location is ideal as it’s not in the middle of everything going on, staff were very polite and whilst there are facilities like the pool and Sauna etc we didn’t make use of during this stay we would definitely be inclined to make use of them on a future visit!"

The hotel itself looks a bit tired although you can see improvements being done. I can imagine in it's heyday this was chock a block. Tram stop right outside the hotel made transport easy. "I recently travelled to Preston to attend my master’s degree graduation ceremony with my daughters . We spent one night in an apartment somewhere in Preston. This apartment was booked on another platform. We left earlier than scheduled,because we didn’t like the place . Fortunately.i visited Hotel.com in our desperation to leave the apartment due to its filthy state ,and thank God that there was an available room at Hampton by Hilton .

She ensured that we were we happy during our stay Another staff called Fatima was extremely pleasant and hospitable. She was happy to help whenever we needed it. However, a particular female staff was somewhat rude and dismissive. Overall , it was a pleasant experience and I look forward to staying in this hotel in future."
