"The hotel was very nice and the family room that we had was huge. The location was great to get to the train station, so public transportation was very convenient. Other major locations were in walking distance. If you have kids, the adjacent park/playground is a must."

"Every where was clean but around the doors of the escalators were dirty. The rotating front door should be opened. It would be a lovely enterance to the hotel. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Hotel needs some tlc. "

"Last minute booking as we weren’t happy with our accommodation at the Titanic hotel. Manager, reception, bar & restaurant teams were all fantastic & couldn’t have been more accommodating. Back to being our main stay when visiting Liverpool"

"Room was pretty small, not much floor space; and had a view of an alley way which didn't help. Bathroom ok, but again small. Bed was comfy and was all clean. For the price paid, couldn't complain much. Location was good."

"The hotel is great. Be aware that's it's in the middle of the bars and clubs district. Perfect if you're partying, probably not the best if you want a good night's sleep... Staff we great. Hotel it's was very good with a nice bar and cafe downstairs in the kobby"
