We had a wonderful stay at the radison. They were very attentive and welcoming. My partner had organised them to provide a bottle of bubbly, balloon and rose petals for my birthday and I also got a chocolate dessert which was nice. The breakfast was amazing! Would definitely stay again and hopefully ...
Very convenient for access to the city centre. Parking on site. Very stylish spacious guest rooms. Undergoing a well needed refurbishment programme whilst maintaining facilities. Levels of service much improved since last visit.
Nice central hotel with good staff. I reported a leak into the bathroom from above late in the vending.. This was dealt with by placing towels and a bucket in my room while I was out. It was not a major inconvenience (i was out working till 0330) but a note would have been good customer service.
This is our second stay at Gotham and we felt that it had lost a bit of the magic we previously experienced. No welcome drink when you first arrived for example. We still love Club Brass and the lovely outdoor seating areas and most of the staff were really nice. However our room just seemed a bit ...
The Midland Hotel is the best! Perfect location, friendly staff ( Anna at the front desk is very helpful) and great rooms. The spa is beautiful as well.

I find the reception furniture off putting, enormous desks so that both receptionist ...
Very impressed with this hotel. Room was very clean, and very well appointed.Beds were so comfortable. Reception very welcoming and the staff extremely helpful.
Loved the location, the executive room decor and how friendly the staff were
good location, friendly staff. showers were not overly powerful and although bar was 24/7 there wasn't much of an atmosphere in there. The ambient room lighting can be a bit annoying if you are looking for just a normal room light to light up the room.
